Uncorked tickets include poured Markham Vineyards wine throughout the evening, a Scoozi dinner buffet of wood fired pizzas, salads, pastas, desserts and wine tasting from vineyards around the world. 

Hosted by the Young Philanthropists Board at The Chicago Lighthouse, Uncorked raises funds for families with children who are visually impaired and blind.  Last year’s event netted over $21,000 for Seeing Is Believing (which provides free early-intervention vision screenings to Chicago Public School students) and the Illinois Parents of the Visually Impaired.

Thanks to the participation of our Retail Sponsor, Schaefer’s Fine Wines & Spirits, event attendees may order any of the wines they sample during the tasting or with dinner while at Uncorked.  10% of the purchase price will be donated back to The Chicago Lighthouse, so don’t restock your cellar or wine racks until you’ve seen us on November 4th!

Enjoy a professionally guided tasting of over 20 wines from noted wineries such as Conundrum, BenMarco Malbec, Tres Picos and others.  This quality tasting will allow all attendees to try wines offered by some of the same vineyards that have donated wines to our silent auction and raffle, which are rapidly developing a reputation for its value and breadth of offerings.
