Jeanette Bonzani is Vice President of Human Resources with The Chicago Lighthouse. She manages the overall administration of the Human Resources department.  Some of the major areas include: recruiting/staffing, performance management, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns, policies/procedures, new hire orientation, staff development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.  She serves as a member of the Management Team. 

Prior to working at The Chicago Lighthouse, Jeanette worked at Casa Central, a social service agency serving the Hispanic community in the Humboldt Park area.  She worked in the capacity of a Director of Human Resources.  She has nineteen years of not-for-profit Human Resources experience and is bi-lingual (english/spanish).  She is currently a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals and the Society of Human Resources Management.  She obtained her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and is certified as a professional in Human Resources.

She and her husband Ray reside in Orland Park, IL. They are proud parents of Joey.
